John Cecconi, O.D.
Dr. John W. Cecconi, Jr. is a native of Springfield, Kentucky. He attended Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky, for his undergraduate work and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1987. He completed a fellowship at Omni Eye Services of Lexington in 1987-1988, then worked as a full-time Staff Optometrist at Commonwealth Eye Surgery in Lexington, Kentucky, in 1988-1989.
Dr. Cecconi works part-time for Commonwealth Eye Surgery and is in current full-time optometric practice at Central Kentucky Optometric Associates, P.S.C. in Springfield, Kentucky. He is a member of the local Lions Club and the Knights of Columbus, and serves as secretary-treasurer of Habitat for Humanity and as football coach for St. Dominic’s Elementary School.
