Lance Long, O.D.
Dr. Lance Long is a native of Berea, KY. He attended Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond for his undergraduate studies where he received a B.S. in Biology in 1995. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 1999. Dr. Long completed a residency in ocular disease at Triad Eye Medical Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Northeastern State University School of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 2000.
Dr. Long practiced in Louisville, KY from 2000 until 2006 at Visionfirst and the American Eye Institute Surgery Center. Dr. Long joined Commonwealth Eye Surgery in October of 2006 and currently works with us on Thursdays and Fridays. He is a member of the Kentucky Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
