LASIK Financing and Insurance Discounts
Commonwealth Eye Surgery will honor MOST insurance discounts offered towards LASIK/PRK surgery if written documentation of coverage and any such discount is provided. Such discounts are granted regardless of whether we are listed as a ‘participant’ or ‘preferred provider’ of a particular plan or not. Many insurance plans are starting to offer discounts towards refractive surgery, so we encourage you to check with your vision insurance carrier in order to maximize the benefits extended to you by your plan.
