Commonwealth Eye Surgery will accept cash, check, or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Optima). PLEASE NOTE: Many vision insurance plans are starting to offer discounts towards LASIK/PRK surgery, so please check with your vision insurance carrier in order to maximize the benefits extended to you by your plan. Commonwealth Eye Surgery will honor MOST insurance discounts if written documentation of coverage and any such discount is provided. Such discounts are granted regardless of whether we are listed as a “participant” or “preferred provider” of a particular plan or not.
As an additional service to our patients, we are pleased to offer financing options through Care Credit. These financing options make it possible for you to begin your treatment immediately—then conveniently pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.
