Congratulations to Sarah Gilbert of Lexington, our preliminary 2^nd annual “All I Want for Christmas is Free LASIK” promotional winner.  Sarah must now complete an evaluation here at Commonwealth in order to determine if she is a qualified candidate for surgery.  We will keep you updated regarding her candidacy.  Thanks to everyone who participated and for making giving back to our community so much fun!
