While I have had only a minimal amount of need for medical help throughout my life, my past experiences have left me with an overall impression that most doctors and staff are far less concerned with the physical and emotional needs of their patients, than they are of their monetary value. Words cannot adequately express how far removed from this I found your services.
From the very first telephone conversation we had with the staff, through the entire process and on to post-op care, my wife and I have been treated with a level of warmth, friendliness and professionalism that has completely astounded me. Each and every one of you has gone above and beyond anything we could have possibly anticipated. I would name names if I could, but I fear I may leave someone out. Every person we came into contact with there, far exceeded our expectations.
As I have dealt with the public most of my life in my profession, I know how difficult this can be. Most people will not take the time to say anything about their experiences unless they have a complaint. I have been blessed with a few “cudos” calls regarding my staff and believe in giving credit where credit is due.
