Unless you’re sitting in First Class, we all barter for extra legroom, edible food on board and a way around excess baggage fees. But no matter where you sit in a plane, there’s one thing you can’t get away from. Dry, re-circulated air. But you don’t have to suffer through the pain. As soon as you get on board, direct your air vents away from you and apply artificial tears every hour or as needed. Don’t use drops for red eye, as they actually constrict blood vessels and can make matters worse.
